CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation of order will be processed by www.dthbazaar.com in an event of no line of sight cases, or installation/ wiring route is not possible at customer’s premise. No line of sight or wiring route possible/not possible is determined by the Installation engineer of Service Provider.
- Refund amount would be refunded to the account from which the payment is received within 7 working days.
- Refund will also be processed in case customer is not interested in getting the installation done and decides to cancel the connection booked.
- Refund amount in case of Point 3 above will be equivalent to the amount received by us from the transaction which excludes the transaction fees/TDR amount. Transaction amount / TDR amount would not be refunded back in case of cancellation.
- www.dthbazaar.com would not be able to process any refund in case the DTH connection is activated by the service provider, in this case only the service provider can process the refund if any and as per their refund policy and www.dthbazaar.com has no responsibility whatsoever to refund the amount paid. You can contact the DTH Service provider at their customer support numbers displayed on the Help channels while the set top box is switched on, else you can access the DTH Service providers website to get the contact information.
- For cash on delivery cases, payment will be collected from the customer once the installation has been done and connection is activated / Demo shown to customer.
DTH connection once activated cannot be returned, If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery/installation, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person/installation team. Also, please call our customer care number or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
